Tour descriptions, timings, distances and travel guides on this website are published in good faith and reviewed regularly. They are general guidance, not a guarantee. Road conditions, traffic, festival crowds and monument policies all change, sometimes on the day.
Monument timings and ticket prices
Opening hours, weekly closing days and foreign-national entrance fees at Indian monuments are set by the Archaeological Survey of India and by state and city authorities. They change without notice, and any figures we quote may be out of date by the time you read them. Your guide will always confirm the current position before you buy a ticket.
Photographs
Photographs on this website show the destinations, monuments and streets our tours visit. Some are licensed stock photography rather than pictures taken on our own tours. Where a photograph shows a member of our team, it is captioned as such. Light, season and crowd levels vary enormously in Rajasthan — the place will not always look the way the photograph does.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to monument websites, government pages, railway timetables and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Reviews and ratings
Where we display a rating or review from an external platform, it is shown as that platform reports it and links back to the original source so you can read it yourself. We do not write, buy, edit or filter reviews.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this website is medical, legal, visa or financial advice. Visa rules, vaccination guidance and travel advisories for India change frequently — check your own government’s current advice and speak to a qualified professional about your own circumstances before you travel.
Your own risk
Travel involves risk. Forts have uneven steps and no handrails, streets are busy, and summer heat in Rajasthan is genuinely dangerous if you ignore it. Your guide will look after you and will tell you honestly what a site involves, but you remain responsible for your own health, safety and belongings.
